2.5 280 stalling erratic rough idle won't plane

Symptoms.
Rough idle.
Erratic will not start.
Very sluggish. Sometimes it will plane off and sometimes it will not. Surging while trying to plane.

Things I've done.
New plugs
Checked compression.
Flowed and cleaned injectors.

Any suggestions where to look?

Question. When I turn my key on the Fuel pump primes like normal. I can turn it off and immediately turn it back on and it primes again. For some reason I've always thought that it would not prime again after immediately priming. Is that normal?

Also this could be coincidence but if I wiggle the keyswitch whole trying to plane it seemed to plane a couple of times. Could totally be coincidence though. Will this particular motor still run after cranked and pulling the harness to verify its not the harness or keyswitch?


Any way, throw me some things to check.
