The Rock buys the XFL
I have a theory on this.
Paid $15 million for it and you don’t do that over night but what if?????
He was in negotiations w/them and then the blm crap starts, players and coaches saying they’ll take a knee during our anthems, blm logos on the fields etc...
And he is seeing/hearing the pushback from the fans, then looks in the future and thinks......, I buy the XFL, hire players that aren’t spoiled, punk ass millionaires, that want to play, tier 2 players willing to fight for their positions, proud of their country, maybe even some of them veterans........., maybe US flags on the fields....., entertainment w/o politics......, huhm .....
Smart guy w/his checkbook out at the right time 😉
I won’t watch another sport w/players on knees, blm patches on jerseys etc but would be s huge fan of this if he does it and think theirs millions of us that feel the same.
Lets see what happens.I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.
I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

Now this would be cool !!
Da left will brand it NFL White Flight. Be a good name for a prolific offense too.

It does not need to be all white, there are plenty of blacks who love their country?

I did not mean to imply only whites could play alot of working class black families flew with the white ones when they left the cities but that is the term that was used to describe when people want to get away from trashy people and that way of life. Maybe that should be a racist term and white people be offended too.

I think there are tons of patriotic NFL players but they’re scared to speak up.
So Rock starts a series and tells them day #1, here’s the rules.
Dont try out if you don’t agree.
Thats fine. You will not be hired or paid.
Its the employers choice still, Last I heard.
He markets that aspect to us, we buy in and his biz goes gonzo.
Now the tier 2 players are making double the jing they started at.
Rock continuously reminds them why they’re making what they are...
Now his top players are making what the tier 2 nfl players are making.
Dont think they’ll notice?
I like the theory.
Plus he’s a minority so the media wouldn’t dare challenge him.
Know very little of him but want to believe he’s that smart and like what I see of him.I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.
I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.
