    Block prep after boarding?

After getting a steel bore block bored what do yall do to clean the steel sleeves? I know about the soap and water cleaning. But I dont have access to a super hot pressure washer. What about boiling the block in hot water and scrubbing it?

Warm water and Tide laundry soap toilet brush, scrub rinse, dry and wipe with clean white rag. If the rag shows grey residue after wiping repeat until clean. Make sure all the ports were chamfered properly.

nice warm water and soap like said above, but do this after its been honed .. cant beat a perfectly clean block. once its perfectly clean then spray it with 2 stoke oil everywhere inside so it cannot start any silly rusting on any steel surfaces....,, just my thoughts on it.

I use gas....then wash with bleach white...….gas cuts the oil off block..... bleach white finishes the job.....Blow dry.... weed blower.... than oil it up.....and then white cloth the ports,,,if dirty.... Fail... try again.
