Fresh 225 Promax Worth?

My buddy has a big heavy bass boat and the Promax just isn't getting it done. The engine is completely gone through. New pistons, new crank, new rods, bored .30 over. Injectors cleaned, new ecm. It has 40 hours and was driven with a 12 hour break in period. It was built by a seasoned and we'll respected builder. It has a torquemaster lower, alien cowl and carbon fiber alien pan. The motor is in excellent shape both inside and out. What's it worth?

That mite b little on high side , all oem(merc) parts help but thats usually round 6k range

Dang, a new powerhead goes for 5 to 6, then the tm lower and mid. It also has the carbon fiber lower cowl. He might do 7k for it, but idk. He would trade straight up for a 250xb or equivalent he has told me.
