I know all about the hook did it once about 70 mph and made about a 9G turn. I know it would be instant death if that fuel pump quit at the speeds i like to drive it.

Yes it fixed the problem on the X, has been running fine for over a season now. I could wiggle the plug on the side of the drag and get the fuel pump to cut out so i did the same thing and last trip it worked fine. I want to get a few more runs in this year to check it out but it is getting cold. I try to run through November on nice days, but when it warms up to the 50's it is usually windy so that ruins things.
