Looking for a pair of 384806 (standard) or 385741 (.020 over)OMC KC13R pistons. Deflector dome, approximately 3.500" with a 5/8" pin bore, high ring pressure back style rings, scalloped skirt intake side ....See the attached picture for more details.
I would appreciate any leads on one or several of these
. I have a numbers matching KC13R and I would like to restore it to it's original glory. Thank you greatly for any help you can offer!

Hi Dave, yes, that's always a last resort, I have this one nice, original, numbers matching KC that I would like to be all original parts. No time limit on this one project.
In the meantime, I have the other project motors that have been prototyped, compromised, cobbled on etc. to play with or restore for the near term. Those will be runners. I can use 125 or 135 pistons in those.

I have a few low-ringers. I'm not sure if any rebuild even a few years after they were new used the high ring pistons. maybe get 135hp heads to make up for compression loss?
