Yamaha 70 carbs on a 50 2-stroke
Hey guys. I've got a 2009 Yamaha 50tlr that I'd like to squeeze a little more juice out of. I've read that the 70 carbs are bolt on but I was curious as to how much more performance they'd give me with just the carb swap alone. I really don't want to tear into my motor as it's running great as it is and I don't want to loose too much of my reliability. I've already propped the boat correctly. I'm running 5300-5400rpm at WOT
at about 23-24mph. Boat is a 2010 Key Largo 160. Any input? Thanks!
