Maintenance maintenance maintenance..
Especially if your putting over 50k a year on it.
At that pace should be in shop for maintenance every 2-3 months.?
Yea I wouldn't let that wobble go would find out what it is easier to fix something small than front end shaking apart...



I've only had one diesel and was really nice truck.
Like I said I've always had Ford's a Toyota (was a good truck but to small) and a GMC that I couldn't wait to get rid of even tho was just a work truck practically gave it away.
Oh.. only problem I ever had was somehow a bad set of plugs and that wasn't the truck..
Had the plugs done at 100k and 1000 Mike's later went to pull out of my driveway I couldn't even get around the block.. long story but after a few days in shop all but one plug was bad would fire on and off was driving guys in shop nuts finally just changed all the plugs again! And done..

I'm GMC all the way. All have there goods and bads , only had 1 chevy/gmc that gave me trouble tho. That 5.3 can take a beating like no other

Guess it's in steering , I changed front 2 tires and it helped , others were bout wore out , it helped but I can tell it wants to wobble but hasn't with tires. Super duty bad bout it

Death wobble is a pain to get rid of once it begins. Most common cause on those is the track bar ball joint on pass side of axle, also replace steering shock because usually gets shot from shaking. Make sure air pressures air correct and alignment is good

I live in a place where everyone has a Furd 250 or 350. I been running GM products for 40 years. I decided to go with the flow back in 2016 and ordered a crew cab single rear wheel F350 built to my spec.

I had the Turd for 10 months/13k miles and traded in for a GMC. It road like a 50's Willy's. The (still) solid front axle can't ever compare to the IFS GM has worked SO hard to perfect. I can't say it IS perfect but it's 297% better than a Turd front end and the ride you get.

Since then I've traded for a 2018. I move up every 2 years, benefit of owning a company and being the guy who says where the money is spent. I love my Chevy. I wouldn't have another Furd if I won it in a raffle. I'd trade it.

Some people definitely have a strong preference..
But yea I'm the opposite I've had one gm and no way In hell would I take another..
But that's why they make different trucks.
Actually is GM even offering anything close to this? (They can't lol)

He hinted at that before I thought it was no?..but have no idea
And all the electric and with the way the other vehicles have just the little leaks might be pushing it.. but would be interesting to see. Especially since they keep saying built like a tank..
