Well finally got to ripping the transom and splash well out so im gonna laminate 3 piece of 3/4 marine plywood I've read a couple of different ways of how to laminate with epoxy what r everyone's suggestions and also any tip and tricks on how to epoxy the laminated marine plywood to the existing fiberglass skin on the transom.

So got alot done in the past 2 days got the transom epoxyed in the stringers cut and bedded in the thickened epoxy and tomorrow I'm on to laying glass on the transom and stringers

Ya it was a real head scratcher didn't want to put any more holes in the transom the the motor mount holes and didn't not want to spend 200 dollars on claps lol actually worked really well and was free

Well finally got it out on the water runs good up to 70mph with it negative trim and the second I start trimming up chine walk city so definitely have some set that needs to happen. Other then that love it
