Looking at different core options I'm in Ontario and is a company near by that has a core material called honeycomb polypropylene does anyone have experience with this material?

Ya I'm perfectly capable of doing the job already redid charger tv and I like all the extra money I would spend on labour in my pocket lol but i do hear amazing things about speath

Wasn't doubting your abilities Bud and I get having the money for fuel later would be good.Just thinking it would be great to have the guy that built the Streams here and does awesome work do it for anyone.Especially us being so close.Wasn't my intent to upset you.
If I knew it was going to last this long I would have taken better care of it.

Composites Canada and Noah’s marine (both in Toronto) have a variety of cores suitable for your boat. Nida Core is a brand of polypropylene honeycomb core that both sell. I’m not convinced you’d want to use that for the hull core; floor or semi-structural areas like seat bases, sure. Talk to JP Pozzo at Composites Canada (senior tech rep), he was a boat builder and will steer you in the right direction. Personally I would look at the better foams like the Divinycell and Corecell products for a balsa replacement.

Well there is not very much good balsa left in that core still need to get the pad core but definitely making progress

Nice and rotten makes it easy to tear out. Good thing you're doing the job before you got hurt driving a rotten boat!
