Verado reflash

Does any one know who is doing ecu erflash on Mercury Verado's?Simon's is no longer doing it,USP Tuning is temporarly on hold for outboards (too much auto work) and I can't reach Whipple.

Good luck. I think they have shut down reflashing , said Simon and whipple wont do it no more. I'm sure if u find sumone others b interested also

I doubt anyone is going to advertise doing flashing....Something serious shut them down. Nobody wants to say why. I figure either a lawsuit or epa.

I have a question. If it's all about the PCM's tune, Can you buy the PCM off a say 350 verado and put it on the 300 which is not flashing. Or can you put a 300 pcm on the 250 verado ?

I might be wrong, but from what I have read, if you purchase a 350 verado ECM from Mercury, you have to send them your old one first and once they get it they ship the new one. If you send them a 300 ECM, I doubt they will send you a 350 ECM. Perhaps you could one from a scrapped engine?
