Lower units are not the best shipping item I would call around your home-town to see if you can get it done locally, Bob's Machine sells the nose cones maybe a body shop would do it for you near by.

    https://bobsmachine.com/product-cate...tc/nose-cones/

    https://bobsmachine.com/product/bigf...kit-20-350-hp/

What motor and set up you running?

Bob's has some really nice performance LU kits. I kinda don't like the outside pluming on Bob's...just me. Several years ago JC conned mine heard he retired. Jack Barsh building me a 15' CF Ally shot. Talked to Michael Chapman about a 15'' mid. I'll run a V4 60 degree Eagle. If I can get numb nuts Kottman off his A$$ he'll grind some metal.lol This is going to be just a play/hold my beer please boat.

Did you ask Jack or Michael Chapman about doing it?

How much for the 15in mid cut down?

Sounds like a little rocket what is the hull weight.

Didn't know Jack or Michael conned lowers.

Sorrow I respect Michael's pricing system.

I believe it should weigh 220/230 unrigged.

    Thanks!

The most important thing when mixing epoxy is to mix well and as I was told early on after you think your done mix some more.
