    Always wear your kill switch cable!

    Damn...just saw this video. Terrifying. No way that guy would have survived. No life jacket and no kill switch. This could have ended in a thousand awful ways. Imagine other boat traffic or near a popular sandbar.

    If that video doesn’t convince you to wear your tether, I don’t know what will.

    I wear mine around my thigh so I have full use of my hands, but am aware when I get up that I’m still tethered.

    Checking to make sure it’s operational once in a while is common sense, too.

    Glad everyone and the boat is ok.
    A problem is only a problem when viewed as a problem...
