    Trooper Pulls Over Intoxicated Driver, What Happens Next.......

    Turns out to be a 5 year old. Stole his mothers car with plans to drive from Utah to California so he could buy a Lamborghini. Cannot make this up. This kids parents have a hell raiser to deal with. Probably their own fault though.
