    The transoms would fall off. Especially the 15 and 16's. Great design lines, terrible boats.

    Well its goin. I'm taking my time with it , I want it to be right and very solid , the transom and stringer glassed in. I'm goin pick up more resin and sum gelcoat in next day or so , I'm just bout ready seal the new glass and start on floor,seat mounts etc.

    I'll have to find the thread , I think I got.couple pics , I'm still very very slow at glass work tryin get it all laid out smooth , it's my 1st go round , I haven't done detailed pics cause I try not get distracted and screw sumthin up. To b honest im havin fun with it but I should had found a stream to rebuild. Just what was around. Also next time I would do all coosa and epoxy, instead wood and polyester

    You don't say slow you say your being meticulous..lol

    Wood works and if it's your first time cheaper so if you have to do something over or change etc doesn't hurt so much... Not saying I wouldn't use coosa when you do the next one... stream especially then it's for a lifetime or two.

    Hell I just found my 380 Lazer that I redid 25+ years ago and was plywood it's still solid transom floor all of it..was trying to buy it back.. just need to seal everything good.. well and don't leave it sitting out in the rain,no unsealed bolts,don't leave it uncovered all winter, don't cover it with plastic so it won't breathe etc..
