You still running oil injection? Compression and leak down numbers?

wondering if the controller can be the problem.
the one on top of motor behind flywheel.
the triggers go to it then out of it to the cdm modules

Would almost say time maybe. But you have new cdm on. Have you swapped them.

after that you in the harness or have busted reads and got compression from sucking in through the exhaust.

literly baffles the mind with compression spark and fuel.

A 555 motor I'd look for a running voltage issue after that the ECU will be need to be sent in and checked for faulty drivers.

Alternator. Sounds like you lost a couple injector drivers I would check that route first.

Can’t remember if it possible but check the injectors are plugged in the correct plug. (Like crosswired sparkplugs)

you can pull one and spray in a bottle to check functionality. Or pull the spark plug and smell for gas in the cylinder. Both are a little spooky but doable.

are you positive it’s only 2 and 4

i had the injectors out and switched to different cylinders but still wont run on 2 and 4.
if you unhook cdm or take plug wire off on each cylinder it makes a difference except on 2 and 4
