Hi, I have a 21 rally sport, I know it's very close to design as the shadow but not identical. Can you tell where did you get the material for your windshield and also where did you get your bucket seats?

Got the motor in! Also got a 6” atlas hydraulic jack plate. Not sure if I’m gonna run my manual or this one yet . Luckily my dad let me put the boat in the heated barn for winter so I can work on it . Definitely have my work cut out with this rigging , haha

Got the motor on finally. 6” atlas hydraulic plate came with it. Total of 12” of setback with the g2. Plus the 7” notch. Almost have the shifter mounted as well.

Mocking up the new ignition panel. The Evinrude icon Monitor display will go where I previously had my switches at on the dash. I think this will look much cleaner anyway

What made you decide on ETEC for power?

Talked to a bunch of people that loved them. Wanted something with a long warranty. Still have 8 years on this motor. Brp is still making parts and is a multi billion dollar company so I have no doubt they will honor warranty’s. Also wanted something with a clean rigging setup. This is just battery cables, and a harness and fuel line. No oil tank in boat, no shift cables to mess with. Rigging tube is fixed as well so that won’t wear out. And the icing on the cake is I can hit a button and switch between hand or foot throttle

Switch between hand and foot? Super slick, did not know that. Agree on warranty.

Been tinkering with the floor layout. Always wanted to see how good I could make some seadek look. Tried clear
Plastic first but it was a pain in the ass. Saw the cardboard strips and hot glue idea on YouTube and it works amazing. Lays down just like the Mat will and has same thickness. And it’s rigid so no wrinkles. Will be routering the edges after templates are cut out. Went with 2 tone dark gray/black Teak style.

Got the first set of mats cut out. Will be adding other pieces on the angled sides of floor. Used a 45 degree mat cutter for a bevel with a straight edge. Came out pretty clean as long as your steady. I free handed the curves and circle. Just need to round the corners off. Also got a few other changes coming 👿

Nice work. Steady hand.
You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot help the wage earner by pulling down the wage payer. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by encouraging class hatred. You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than you earn.
