It's the amount of pressure when its deep , it's very common , I have a tub I put mine in and pisses just little less than lake

All that headache because it wasn’t submerged enough. Brought to the boat ramp and started peeing strong. Wouldn’t of thought. Thought it only pulled water through the two pickup holes in the front bottom of lower.
