Id take the advice from earlier and try to find your own custom bushing unless someone already sells an alternative on here

Well he is looking for help that's why he posted here. He said he doesn't know the serial number and I am guessing is might not be familiar with the model either (which is why he posted the picture)
Best I could search for on your Mercury website was the two Mercury race ranges for 2.5L OFFSHORE. Each of them listed the bushing/bearing part # he siad wont work.
I searched on another site and was able to find an 2.5L OS range that had a different part number which might work.
Chaz with your experience why not share what will work for him rather than posting a parts lookup link and some gifs????

Aaron, quite honestly .. after mushrooming the ends of two swivel pins and wondering why they won't come out .. I didn't see much I could say that would be any help other than point you guys to a place that you can find part numbers even if that are NLA .. and then a place that still sell's either NOS or reproduced parts that you need. I usually buy them a dozen at a time .. If you insist, I'll sell you the $290.00 bushing, but I'd rather see you think a little on your own and buy them for less than $30 each … again, can it get any simpler than that …
Showing the side view of a 260 smoothback can, doesn't go very far in determining what clamp bracket he has.
Is the bottom of the swivel bracket boss round , or does it have a flat on the inside ?
Do the outer brackets have plastic trim guides, or aluminum ?
Those two things alone would narrow it down to what decade ..
But best of all would be to MEASURE the ID of the hole that the bushing fits in. From there the Pro site lists sizes for each bushing they sell .. same goes for the seals.
If you can't count, read a caliper then say so. Because I'll be straight up and tell you, I can't see or measure what you have from here .. and I'm not about to give you part numbers that I "think" you need.
I can tell you this .. you need to buy at least three. If you think they are hard to take apart .. wait till you try to install them without a proper driver .. It's even worse if you have scarred up the bore .. just sayin

Amen to this statement!

Yes sir … That's why I buy them a dozen at a time …
Some of these things practically take themselves apart …
Others, not so much …
The biggest thing I see, is the need for an aftermarket closure cap. I bought up as many cylinders as i could find, just to get a good cap out of the deal.
Some can be welded and the shelfs remachined, some, like these ..
I made up some 316L bolts, these will also drive the T+T sender in the smartcraft.
The first side is easier, I have a rod that fits from one side to the other to pilot the second side .. sometimes they will still have a mind of their own, and need a little "hand finishing" once there in ..
