Mercury 3.0 liter oil line connections?

Have a 1996 3.0 liter efi and are connecting oil lines. I know the black hose with blue stripe hose connects to the brass tee off the motors oil tank. The solid black one connects where? On the Optimax I had it connected to the pet cock on the starboard side of the block. I don’t have that tapping on this motor. Thanks in advance

I think on your motor, it is down low on port side of intake manifold. It is called pulse fitting, and it pressurizes oil tank in boat to send oil to tank on motor.
