Used to run 2 miles to go work out at the gym. Now it's a workout to get into my lifted F-250....Even getting into the V-King can be an effort since I got old and crunchy..Damn....

I could do 40 until Christmas when I injured my shoulder. I am writing this with a heating pad warming my shoulder. Hopefully it continues its slow path back.

I hope you have a full recovery and get 100% use back in that shoulder. I injured one of mine on a 4 wheeler when I was in my 20's it never was the same sense then.

I am 61 with over 30 years of masters competitive swimming behind me. There a lot of miles on my shoulders. I have had rotator surgery on both. If physio doesn’t get me healed enough to train and race I guess I will try surgery again when I retire. That is not far off.
no one ever injured their shoulders doing push ups
i need to remember that once I am good. I can’t bench press for beans but I can get hurt trying
