That is hopefully the plan. Built it how I would have wanted it built from the start, working on filling in the dash now to get rid of cuddy access so it looks more finished. Did a splash well delete as well so I was able to extend the knees another 6" taller and greatly reduce the amount of unsupported stress at the top of the transom.

Noah's Marine supply in Toronto carries Okoume and Meranti. Use them for most of all my rebuilding supplies.

You can also look for "hydrotek" marine plywood which is very similar. I used it in my rebuild and was thoroughly pleased with it. Smells good, too. lol

i like using corecell or divinycell nowadays. lay down one 1708 biax on a piece of mica or glass, weight down the foam on top, later flip it over, do the same. lay my pattern on top & cut it out. weight is the enemy.

Todd D was working on his 63"wide tunnel Spectra conversion project, where did you get those big panels, yeah he made them, did not know self-leveling epoxy could turnout so flat over such a large area, talking about the flat bench they use to make them.
    Simple idea works well.

Thumbs up to Fuijmo's approach if the budget can take it. I'be been making some stringers for my Checkmate this way with unidirectional glass and Divinycell. I've found platens made of MDF covered in wax paper and weighted down with bags of concrete or old batteries makes this work great and the "consumables" are dirt cheap as compared to vacuum-bagging. 1708 to wrap/tab it in.
