    Floor question

    have a 220 velocity cuddy cabin.. I don't ever use the cabin and the interior is getting pretty aged..I'm thinking about gutting it and closing it up..does the floor in the cabin act as a support? Or if i pull it up and add another bulkhead will that be enough? Thanks
