A Impeller for Berkeley Jet Drive
I am in the process of rebuilding a Berekely JC pump. I actually have two pumps both with what I think are A impellers. But I noticed a difference between the two. One of the impellers that is pretty damage and probably not repairable looks different than the other one I have. The one that has damage, the vanes that com out do not have any angle at the end. They just look like a blade. the other one i have is angled at the end of the vane. The angle has a flat edge of about an 1/8 to a 1/4 of an inch. Both are stamped A. Is one just worn down? that doesn't look to be the case. they just look like they are completely different. I can send pics if that is helpful. Any assistance would be appreciated. I am a complete rookie when it comes to Jet Boats but am loving them as i learn them.
