    Video didn’t work.

Ive destroyed everything assembled w/5200 that I tried to disassemble.

Dide he set the transom on fire at the 2:30 mark?
I never had a project that I could use heat on.

I’ve heard of this but not used it or talked to anyone that has.
    Ill try the video again.

I tried acetone before w/no luck.
Basically decided that anything strong enough to eat it would probably eat everything else too.

    Thanx for the tip!

    heat,,,,,softens the 5200
a good heat gun to heat the part to absorb into the 5200 will soften it
when able to get away a bit then most heat between part on the 5200
just like heating to get stuck studd to pull out of mid,,,,,,
just no flame from torch not to burn glass

Every instance I’ve needed to get rid of 5200 (in post above) you couldn’t use heat w/o damaging boat that 5200/part was glued to.

Heat the 5200 between an O/B bracket and transom it’s bolted to w/o destroying the transom it’s glued to.

some can heat without burning the part and some cannot,,,,,
takes a lot of concentrated heat with a """heat gun"""" to burn the resin
heat the part not the fiberglass as stated
    and stated no torch flame,,,,,,
