You know, I half expect to see all of these CDC experts and WHO officials climb out of one of those little clown cars they used to have at the circus. It's been 90 years and nobody bothered to update the guidelines for INFECTIOUS RESPIRATORY DISEASES?

The six feet of social distancing guidelines by the WHO is based on studies of respiratory droplets in the 1930s. However, technology didn't exist at the time for detecting tiny aerosol particles, the experts stated.
    https://www.foxnews.com/health/6-fee...us-experts-say

"Increasing evidence for SARS-CoV-2 suggests the 6 ft WHO recommendation is likely not enough under many indoor conditions where aerosols can remain airborne for hours, accumulate over time, and follow air flows over distances further than 6 ft," they said.
    Thank you, Captain Obvious.

I do have to take issue with the "85 & older" All Causes category. Shouldn't that number be 100%. Apparently we have a bunch of immortal elderly people in this country. Then again the source for this chart is the CDC, so...

No new coronavirus cases reported in Lake of the Ozarks partiers, health official says

There have been no new cases of the novel coronavirus among the hundreds who flouted social distancing guidelines and attended pool parties at Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks over Memorial Day weekend, a state health official said this week.

That's just impossible. We all know they were ALL breaking the rules. Maybe racing fuel and suntan grease will prevent it.

Just a simple mans interpretation of this chart: Once you are over 85 yrs.old, you have only a 13.44% chance of dying from all or any cause? So I have an 85.66% chance of living forever?
    Good odd's. I'll take it.

Annual probability... 13% chance of dying any given year... so you could make 92-1/2 years old?

So, the whole thing was just a misunderstanding, the lockdowns weren't effective because asymptomatic people aren't spreading it.
We bankrupted the country by mistake.

Make no mistake. It was done very much on purpose. By china and the dems. Just to get rid of the Pres. These nuts will stop at nothing. What's next you might ask? Stay on your toes guys. It will escalate big time the closer we get to Nov. 3rd.

    And was accepted as prudent

And you're not bankrupt any worse than before, just kick the debt celling down the road as was done many times prior

Hard to argue with Sweden. Never locked down, protected their elders, and the rest got on with life. Numbers are the same or better than anywhere else and didn't wreck their economy.

Sweden numbers have been progressively worsening to 1000-1500 new infections daily with 50,000 infected, 4900 dead and counting. Can't really compare it to the density of the US with population.
