You do realize just how much effort you put into proving my claim from post number 6 to be correct?

Except you're ignoring what REALLY goes on at these spring breaks, which can only spread it.

Selfish morons. Though honestly they are no worse than the corporate manager imbeciles that would still be flying back and forth to Europe for a 1 or 2 day meeting instead of picking up the phone, if the government hadn't shut it down.

I think that is less humidity. That way the particles lose their moisture faster. What I read in an article anyway.

No, that's what I would have thought but high humidity makes the virus "swell up" which reduces the transmission:

I will say this. It has been changing slightly here, on a daily basis, in the last few days. Have mostly been staying home, and the boat traffic in front of my living room has been "extremely" busy with ALL kinds of boats, large & small, kayakers, paddleboarders galore, etc. Its as if it was a major holiday or something. This has been going on for many days, but!, as of today the boat traffic is way down, just a bunch of paddleboard/kayak rentals, as usual, by the tourists. A fair amount still, with a boat here and there. We can see the slow gradual change...sortof, lol. What the hell...I think I will take a walk, and go to our usually crazy tourist beach, come back later, and give you all a realtime report. People that don't live in a highly populated, highly popular, major tourist destination, beautiful weather type location like this, have to live here, to understand what its like. Will get back with you later.

Miami-Dade shut down all their boat ramps this morning, according to the news reports. Not sure about the rest of the state.

O.K.... Broward beach closed. Came home, told my wife, she said "Of course, I told you, they have been closed for a couple days now" Cops sitting there at multiple spots with the A/C on, engines running, all their lights on, playing tiddley-winks on their computers. What a waste in so many ways. Quite a few joggers, skate boarders, dog walkers, bikers, people laying on the short beach walls, parked & sitting in their cars, etc., along the beach though. Street traffic/cruising along the beach was there, but way, way down. Intracoastal boat traffic was thin, but there. Its usually busy, of course. Residential neighborhoods are dead, out of the neighborhoods are kinda busy, but I would say about 75 percent down. There ya go, that's my up to date report.

I went to my shop last night, 8pm. It was 30 degree's out. Very little vehicle traffic, but there was a ton of people out and about. Walking, riding bikes, it was busier then a nice July evening. Weird, really weird.

Was in the grocery store a few days ago and it was so so. Out of some things, light on other things. For the most part, what I needed or wanted was there. There was toilet paper, not much, but it was there. I read the note on the shelf, figured it would be them limiting how much one could buy. It was not. It was an apology for them running low. Shocked, I was.

I bought more things then I usually do, but not a terrible amount. Maybe enough for a week or so compared to my couple day supply. I also bought some canned stuff which I rarely ever do.

I asked the cashier if they had any problems with people. Fights, stealing etc. She said they did not have any issues. So far so good.
