Someone told me that CLE shafts are hard to find but 3.0 shaft can be modified to work. Might be worth looking into if nothing shows up.

I friend had his CLE driveshaft welded and machined because of corrosion and was told about the 3.0 option at that time.

What modification is necessary to use a 3.0 shaft on the 2.4/2.5 engines?

PM Bud Conner for info. He can repair pitted cle shafts and also modify 3.0 to fit 2.5.
