Yea I love the boat. Just feel it’s under powered with the 150. Id settle with a 200 but would like to have 225. And if I’m measuring correctly, I actually need a XL shaft. This XR6 is a 20”

No it shouldn't need a 25 shaft , I can jack my motor to the moon and never loose pressure but loose bow lift ,, I have low water pick up also I know a guy that got a 2.4 200 u can get cheap but its gonna need a sleeve and rebuild kit. But it's cheap, even tho it's a 2.4 , it would have more than xr6

It moves the water pick to the bottom of the point in the front of lower unit so you can raise lower unit higher and not loose water pressure..

Easy enough to install, if you can do small body work you can do it just need to get instructions..
Can explain, get you through it if you decide and need help
Just make sure you do it the correct way

Definitely worth it if you fish in shallow water too

I can measure mine to compare , it's the 18.5 , it has 8 in jackplate and needs 10 maybe 12 in , with 2.5 promax, to help with bow lift with over hub props , so u will definitely need set back Click image for larger version.

If that’s level.. then mine is really low in the water ... I’ll try to post pic if it’ll let me.. I keep getting an error message saying I need more than 3 words to reply,, even when I try to reply with a quote. I’ll try to do a pic.
