Mercury 250efi parts

I’ve got a 1999 mercury 250efi 0g81xxx that supposedly has 800 hours roughly. I bought this just for spare parts but there’s several things I don’t need spares of. It has a cxl lower unit without low water pickup and the skeg is hashed up but it was in working order. The motor is complete with all the cowlings, trim unit, sea star ram, and it does have the 4 shutter intake.

if someone wants to buy the whole thing I’d consider it but If someone needs a part Let me know. If anyone needs that lower unit I could weld a new skeg on for the right price, that was the plan for my boat but it doesn’t have the low water pickup.

compression checks out ok, over 110 everywhere. heads must have been cut, makes too good of compression but its all pretty even.

All this stuff is sold. Its all at Carson marine in largo now.
