ya might get on one of tha other boards that has a "stratos" forum and see if any of 'em have run anything like yours.. BBC may have one.. I personally don't have a lotta experience with that hull and "production" 2.0 motor.. jus don't wanna lead ya in tha wrong direction.....

Ya need sumbody to cc ur heads 28 or 30cc (I think) but the compression guage may b little tricky with the reliefs, if the boat and motor was mine , I'd put set wh46 carbs on it and rejet em and it will pick up 3 or 400rpm on top and pick up hole shot to. I've done it to 2 motors (150 2.0) really helped,, not real sure if u got horizontal or vertical front (intake) u want a horizontal tho , and have heads cut , but jetting u will have to do and do it rite or all that work down the drain if not done rite and loose ur motor. Just b careful,, I remember when I knew just enuff to screw schit . Lol. It's not hard to do haha

    That’s a heavy boat.

I know the 2.5 blocked 2.0’s are different from
the old “real” 2.0’s but they benefit being on a lighter boat.

You could do all this and not be where you would if you just sold your 135 2.0 and put a 150 2.5 powerhead on.

Just pull and sell the powerhead , or compete motors. Whatever.

Would be my choice if it were me.
