    Center main bearing part #

    What is the part number for the main metal caged crank bearings? All I've found so far are plastic caged.

    2.5 "fat block" style block or 2.4 block?.. they do not make a steel caged for tha "fat block".... were only used in pre '91 2.4 production...

    No it's a 98 ff block motor. The crank bearings are gummy and the needles are falling out of the plastic. I thought I've seen metal caged before.

    nope.. no such thing... they shouldn't do that.. you can "push" 'em out but fall out, no.
