    Always enjoyed watching this video. Davey was my favorite driver period. I always respected Sr. and learned to like him through the years.
    We only go through this circus once...so enjoy the rides!!!

    So the crazy thing is thats the cove on Lake Norman that I live on. I go under that bridge to get out into the main channel. Sr's lake house was right around the corner from our house. We have lived in this same cove since 1988. Used to see sr every so often. I have stories I have heard from people around here that knew him personally. He was one hell of a driver with no fear. Miss seeing what he would have done with NASCAR of today.

    He was about to retire from napcar and do the corvette racing thing pretty much so a big birdie said. Sr really like the endurance stuff.
