They look like a Mercury part number with a Mercury Racing Serial number of the Lab Finish. If that helps.

It is a Mercury prop.
The blueprinting was arranged through Markey Marine in Key Largo (FL) a high performance shop but the guy who arranged it is out, trying to get the information with someone else from the shop.
