What should I do with this EE block? Porting and exh chest...

Yea i figured. I gotta say though, my little crossflow 112 pops it right up on plane and it runs 42 with 2 men full of fuel (40 gal) and it could stand to be raised another 1" or so. Will have my 4" setback jplate today. Surely the mighty 2.5 wont struggle too much.

Do any of these look overheated or is that just oil/ funk from sitting up for years? Journals look and feel smooth.



Sidenote: Those heat shrinks from HF are comparable to mcmaster and I use a ton of em. Like 5 bucks a box.

Look what followed me home today... a 94 FF block with the crank I need for my beater EE block build. It is much easier to see the differences in the chest while side by side and in person. The FF will be on the shelf while I save up some more $$$ for a from scratch rebuild.

Yeah the HF marine heat shrink is good stuff!
