My previous Berner and Golden, Ruby and Bubba, can you believe they were gonna put that sweet girl down cause of her colors. We had to promise not to breed her.

Well here's mine, 5.5lbs of all heart Dogs are mans best friend, because there is no lying in them!!! My Yorkie terrorist, named Marvin

Introducing George E Doggamus. I've had him 9+years now. 3 legged 115 lbs goofball. Yes, he's a rescue, and a very good doggie. I couldn't have asked for a better dog. He came along about 1 1/2 after I lost Goofis.

Both our rescue dogs had issues. The first did not like people much, especially old men with gray hair. Visitors to our house had to give the dog biscuits to stop the hostility. We were able to condition him to like people over the years. He had scars on his back so who knows what his back story was.

The second dog did not like other dogs. She would fight any dog near her size to establish dominance. She wasn't nuts and would not pick on huge dogs. And she didn't care about toy dogs. When she got old she just looked away and pretended other dogs were not there.

Here are my two rescues.
The Coon Hound was found in the woods. I found out they take these dogs into the woods when they are young to test them for hunting and if they do not like the shooting they leave them out there to probably be eaten by wildlife, because they are tools to them.......Heartless people!
My Mutt was found tied to a tree and the collar was growing into his skin.
Hound (Dexter) was 1 when I got him now 11.
Mutt (Toby) was 9 months now 10.

After a busy day cooling off in the shade!!.......LOL
