HPDi Pistons (Again)
Hi Yamaha Guru's
I have HPDi 250's in the workshop.
1 has been sunk and is seized., the other has blown number 2 piston.
I'm hoping that there's enough good parts to put 1 good powerhead back together.
My question is that 1 of them has all 6 pistons marked as 6D001 and the other is 6D002, is there anything in this?
6D00's are in the engine with the blown cylinder - turns out its actually a 300.
Cheers

Do you have accurate years for each Vmax motor? The 250 and the 300?

I know the 250 is a 2005 but nothing to identify the 300.
The 250 has a darker grey paint compared with the 300 its much lighter in colour, if thats any kind of help.
