A 200 with 46's should have come stock with 54 or 56 idle jets, Idle change will depend on how rich or lean it was running with the 46, motor height, and pick up timing all have an effect.

You are correct. I think suppose b 56. Pulled the idles from wh22s. 46 idles wasnt all that rich, went up to 50s and idle rpm came up quite a bit and lean sneeze after idling for min. I replaced couple throttle shafts , had play and was allowing a crack in butterflies. Sumtimes would close and sumtimes wouldnt. Of course more idle timin helped to. If rain would stop I'd go test again. The idle rpm is fine if I can loose the sneeze every now and then hopefully the shafts fixed that as they do seal tighter now

If 50 doesn't fix lean sneeze try 54.

Ya no biggie. Hopefully I'll get to test it today and c what its doin , if it still tries to sneeze I'll turn idle timin up hair more ,

I’m not sure what to run with the thermo valve off. But it will be leaner when cold.
Just play with the jets and timing till the idle and low end power fell like what you want
