Not down playing the heat.. but I've lived there (fla)and yes the humidity SUCKS big time but I'll take that over winter now..
But I'm also the one moving to AZ because I like the 115 degree summer highs and no humidity over winter any day..
365 give or take boating year... But no you don't go out in the middle of the day to boat at 115.. stuff spontaneously combusts.. lol
Really at that you don't do a hell of alot of strenuous stuff outside in the middle of the day... But works for me

It may be hot and humid in the summer but I wouldn't live anywhere else in the world though
I take the good with the bad 
Now if only my mechanic would hurry up and finish getting my turd motor running so I can go enjoy the boating season properly
