Take it to your local welding shop and have them weld a couple of tabs on the prop so your puller has something to grab on to. You just might get away by saving the prop after you grind off the tabs once it's removed

if u have an air chisel gun, only use a pointy blunt tip tool, and hit the side of the hub with it, after u have drilled a hole through the side tube of the prop... have done this with stuck saltwater lower unit driveshafts to get them out of the powerhead, etc.

- CRC Freeze and hit with hammer
- Gear puller with hooks and chains; rap with hammer
- 5 ton hydraulic gear puller with hooks and chains
- Angle grinder with cutoff wheels (this is really the king)
So far tried #1. As with any spray it is hard to get into the right spot, but in any case it did not work.
Also tried #2. Photos attached. Nice setup with the hooks, chains and puller... but so far no dice. Will leave it under tension over night, and decide another day whether to go to #4 or skip to #5.

With it under tension strike the inner hub with air hammer or bar and hammer. Won't matter the direction of impact, just that you jar the hub.
If that fails, drill out or melt out rubber hub then cut inner hub off.

Melt the rubber hub and remove the prop from hub. Air chisel and cut off wheel/heat and off she comes. May damage propshaft seals or may not.

I saw an episode of deadliest catch where the used a bit of dynamite to break loose a stuck prop, so there's another option. I must warn you though, if you go this rout and don't video it, I will be very disappointed.

Salt water is a PITA. I'm sure you'll get it with the right combo of cutting, heat, hammering. The worst one I had to deal with was a lower unit stuck on. Powerhead was off but somehow the driveshaft was still stuck. Unreal amount of force/beating required. Keep at it, she'll be off soon.

In the mid 70's I did a lot of racing with the late Dick Fickett. Dick had bought 20+ propellers for his B Stock Hydro program. There was a big race coming up in New York City, so we tested them on Saturday to see if we could find any speed. One prop was real good, so at the end of the day, Dick made one more run to make sure it really was that good. It was, but he sheared a pin an got the prop stuck on the prop shaft. Spent a couple of hours at his shop with all kinds of pullers and could not get it off. He then fired up the cutting torch and cut through the tail cone and prop shaft on the motor. He then put the prop in the arbor press and pushed the prop shaft out. He thinking was he only had one prop that fast, but he had several lower units.
I ran second to Scotty Neal the next day with that prop....
