Hey Merc, it was a pleasure speaking to you as well! Thanks for the good luck. I certainly will post a bunch of pictures and updates. I know your rebuild thread has helped me a ton. Take care and Happy Thanksgiving!

Well got her all tore down today. Took a bunch of pics as people have suggested. I will make this post about the biggest issues I found.
So the piston in this post is #4. It's cylinder wall showed a tell tale sign seen in the pic above. Looks like the locator pin worked loose, hit the port, and snapped off. There is only about a 1/16 of an inch left in the ring groove.
The broken bearing and rod journal on the crank are from cylinder #1. The plastic cage and the roller were still in place just cracked. When I took the rod cap off it looked intact, but as soon as I picked it up with my fingers it fell apart. The journal feels smooth yet has some brown streaks around it. I think it was where the cracked plastic cage was moving around and rubbing off on the journal.
Other than those two issues everything else looked really good. The only other concern will be the crank wear ring wear in the block. That's what the machine shop gets paid the big bucks for!

2 things. 1st is the rod or rods look for any kind of scars or maybe the bearing surface looks blue from heat. I dont think ur suppose use a rod that bearing surface is blueish.
2nd. Same with crank. look for the same. These ain't like car cranks. Cant b turned and resurfaced

Agreed Merc, the rod and cap have that small brown streak on the front side in the picture. All the other colors in the rod pic are reflections.
The crank has the brown color in the middle of where the bearing would be. As you can see in the picture. Nothing blueish at all indicating heat. I was wondering if that piece of plastic floating around in there hadn't rubbed the surface and discolored the crank? I will hit it with crocus cloth and see what it looks like afterwards. We only go through this circus once...so enjoy the rides!!!
