Thanks… it does suit the look of the boat well. I do have the NIZPRO flash, the yammy is an absolute beast. Hole shot is far better than the 260 ever was… & that’s with a 32 pitch cleaver. The 260 ran best with a worked 28 yamaha drag but wouldn’t carry passengers well. I’ve tried a few different props but the cleaver seems like the ticket so far but I still have a couple more to try. It should be an easy 100mph+ on the top end numbers once the case has been coned I’d imagine. The company that made the wing plates for the side ram is also coming out with a 15” mid-section for the SHO next year I believe.

Yah, a short mid would be badass. I forgot to ask, does that motor not allow for a front steering cylinder, or did you just want to do something different? The side ram looks pretty trick. I imagine with the new Venoms, this will be a pretty good combo (Yammie). Cant wait to see some running vids. Nothing cooler than a light boat launching.

Yes, it would be an excellent combo… lol, it’s nice to see someone is making them again. I only went with the side steering setup simply because it’s stronger and more precise than the Seastar pro I had previously due to it being bolted to the engine directly via the wingplates. I’m sure my Seastar would’ve been plenty good enough and it would’ve worked with the yammy no problem, I just went that extra step.

That boat looks great. The guy thats driving that boat must know what he's doing.
Will be cool to see what happens with the Nitrox/Methanol bean oil & wash down kit.
