    Hydromotive 30” P5X

I have a very nice “8-9” hydromotive P5X - 30 pitch it has the diffuser flare removed - runs great just not enough pitch for my set up.
$850 to your door in lower 48.

It is not a Merc prop - it’s a Hydromotive P5-X as advertised

Did you by chance get to compare the p5x to a max5?

I’ve had similar results but unfortunately my p5x is only 25” and I need a 28 to get a real comparison. The blade shapes and efficiency curves I’ve measured are very similar between p5x and max5. What motor are you running?

Will it fit the Mercury fat shaft on the 300R?

it is a 25” and I’m not married to it. I’d just rather get my hands on a 26-28” p5x.

If your 27” Bravo is too tall this 30” P5-X would be way too tall.

Walleyecomet, thanks for the technical info. I can also vouch that the p5x is a good option for those working through setup with the HD lower units. These definitely have unique requirements vs what everyone is used to. 2.5-21 has contacted me outside of this thread so with respect to the OP hopefully we can stop cluttering up his For Sale ad. For further discussion, consider posting here:
