    Now that everything is sorted out. or when its together. maybe delete this thread. chris is great guy and dont want people to think any thing less over a simple mistake

    I had a set of CCM reeds that i had sent over from the USA to Scotland, the engine build took over a year of part time working on it. I had a blow back. Smoke blow out the carbs and out the engine block on the first turn of the motor.
    it blew one of the reeds back wards. I asked Chris if they were going to be usable but after i showed him a pic of the damaged reed he sent me out a FULL set of reeds. Now this was almost 18 months after i purchased the reeds. There is no better service than that. If every company were run like Chris runs his what a wonderful world that would be.
    When the CEO replies personally to customers and rectifies any problem for them. That is top class service.

    Actually I wouldn't delete it, it shows how good Customer service is and that he makes sure things get fixed in a timely manner... And 18 months later and full set who gives a warranty like that.

    True but at the time,, I know how the world is now days with internet and all , if he didnt (update) this fourm people would only see the complaint. Very glad the guy is happy now tho , I do quite a few deals with chris (1 big deal in process now) and hes been nothing but helpful and willing to work with ya with bout anything. Customer for life here
