Big block Plymoth GTX barn find

I deliver propane and while filling a homeowner's tank I saw some headlight. I just had to go check out.
The property looks abandoned and overground but they are still keeping the heat on in the house. Here's what I found. Super awesome barn find.

Finding a car like that in that condition is like finding a young person in a gutter smoking crack; a damn shame. Someone rescue and rehab that car!

Wonder what it looks like underneath ?

When I was 17 I bought a 1968 Road Runner 383 at a bank auction, headers, cam, intake, Holly double pumper, traction bars, 4.10 gears, just what every 17 year old needs

Traction was a problem I had a new taping sound in the motor so I sold it and bought a 1970 Road Runner 383 stock what a PIG compared to the 68 , low

compression, pretty car had it to 140 mph

I was a MoPar lover back then, got my sister to buy a new Purple 1970 340 Duster 4 speed, she worked night shift at a hospital and I had my own set of keys, beat the

**** out of that then she bought a 1971 340 Challenger auto she got sick of shifting.

    Ah the good old days.

Looks like it may have led a "salty" life???

Many of the old Chrysler cars had unibody frames. Depends on the extent of damage. Nothing was galvanized back then. At the worst it will make a good parts car if the drive train is original.

Do the numbers match on these like that do with the Chevys of the same era?
