Title say's it all. Anyone know of another service that does NOT load you down with security on top of security on top of ---------------------------------------------

A while back I had some dealings with Mike Nass. They originally charged him twice but on my end I was only paid once and there was a pending payment on my page. He filed a claim and we provided Paypal with all necessary info and they then denied his claim which freed up the pending payment so we decidied I would just refund him the funds and all would be well. So Paypal, being true to form, charged me twice for what ever reason and Mike and I decided to fix it without Paypal involvement. It seems even with proof a moron would understand some of these big corps are tuff to deal with.
I had a dealing with Discover years ago. I provided ironclad proof I was in the right and everyone at Discover I talked to agreed with me however nobody knew how to fix it. As hard as it is to believe I was out about $400 and they said I owed another few dollars. I had to have my lawyer write them a letter with all the info I had already provided to get them to go away. Needless to say I did NOT get my money back and under zero circumstances would I deal with Discover again.
And to answer your question I know of no other Paypal type service.
