The problem is many Repub’s don’t like Trump because he is trying to break up the strangle hold all politicians have on Washington. The Deep State has Anti Trumpers both Dem and Repub, they all fear the end of their gravy train. Trump is something different, a brash outsider trying to drain the swamp. The Dem’s and many Repubs are Crooked White Collar criminals who protect each other, the MSM is just an arm of the Dem party. God help us all if Trump loses.

Rispone lost by 40K vote which is a tight race considering Rispone has never run for office so isn't know by many people. And add to that the current governor's last name is Edwards which is the same last name of a very popular former, but very corrupt, governor. They share no relations. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edwin_Edwards
Plus Edwards was backed by a PAC with ties to Obama and Holder and Rispone mainly funded his own campaign.
So in reality Rispone did very well and Edwards better not screw up this term or he will be on the chopping block. Edwards also benefited from Trumps strong economy turn around.

Yay, because Edwards is so great!!! Nope, just another tax and spend Demo keeping Louisiana at the bottom of the barrel. Too many dead people and dead in the head voting here.
How Louisiana became a tax-hiking outlier in the SouthI may have been born at night, but it wasn't last night.
