2.5 Piston Mods
Is there any pistons modifications on a 2.5-200-FF-block that will tweak it a little more during a rebuild. Having rod slots done and mild porting,balancing pistons and rods. Thank you

Dont think many mods can b had to 2.5 pistons to increase hp. The 2.0 and 2.4 motors are piston ported and 2.5 is behind liner porting. Pistons for 2.0 and 2.4 can b modded tho.
As far as adding holes in 2.5 piston would just lighten it up. I believe that's the way it works. Maybe someone has done sumthin outside the box idk. Gud luck

what m 2.5 .the old ones.... were pron to be ported the 2.5 are behimd so no gainJMO.....

Ifin the skirt closes off the mouth to the transfer port as the piston is approaching BDC, chances are pretty good ... that you have some work to do ...
