Came together nicely. I want to see how she pushes now. Agree on leaving the winch if you get bogged down in soft turf come Summer.

Find yourself a set of light duty chains for that size wheel and leave 'em on all Winter. That little bit of bite will make your pushing easier by a lot.

I like the build, still think you should put a wear plate on the bottom, It'll be easier then welding a new edge on it.

I have a cutting edge from a plow truck but its 3/4" thick and it weighs almost 100#s. I mite try the plow this winter without it to see how much of the blade wears down. After all I'm only plowing 125 feet of my oun asphalt driveway .

A blade at the bottom is a good idea. But plow shoes work good too, and should be used if you are only plowing an asphalt driveway with no pot holes. Keeps the blade just off the ground. Does not tear up the driveway, does not wear out the plow. I use them.

Buddy of mine came over and suggested I put some sort of CAP on top of the channel frame. So I did.

Wow that is a pretty professional job. I've never seen someone use a zero turn as a plow before, although I did see a guy last year using a plywood plow on his snowmobile, that was a new one.

Bolted on some 1/2" zlexon to keep from scraping my asphalt driveway. And put on a couple BAD BOY stickers so that it looks like a factory optional piece.
