WTB Solas / Rubex S3 Scorpion in 23p

    Hi -
This prop seems to go by a few different names. Some combination of "Rubex Solas S3 Scorpion." 23 pitch is the smallest made, and the largest I can go.
I've got several months to find one at a decent price. Looking forward to seeing what's out there!

I have a 23 but just so that you are aware they run stiff. They are unique little buggers for sure.

I am aware that they run 2 - 2.5" stiff. I'm currently running 100-200 over WOT spec on another 23p. Is yours for sale? It's for a Mercury XRI175.

Certainly one of the more confusing props out there with the different names and all.

I have a 24P Scorpion with 10 minutes of test time on it. 10 out of 10. I had it listed in the prop section, $250 without the fatshaft hub.

  13. Thanks Grant Conklin thanked for this post

Thanks, I saw your prop and I'm considering it. I think I need a 23p. How much for shipping to St. Paul, MN 55119?

I could look it up but I have shipped props to Wisconsin and it was about $35 + insurance if you wanted it.

I recently ordered a new 23". The new models come with the Solas variable vent holes with adjustable rotating disks. The old models have small locating vent holes that can be drilled for additional venting.
